• Optimal surface preparation prior to painting

• 30% less paint needed

• Traditional corundum blasting effectively
   replaced by calcium carbonate

• Optimal weld preparation before painting

• Low maintenance
To allow good adhesion of the paint, surfaces are traditionally prepared by sanding or blasting. Our technology LOKI, by using calcium carbonate, attacks the surface less and enables an optimal roughness. The perfect adhesion while painting reduces the amount of paint needed for the same result when finished. Savings of up to 30% of paint have been noted.

Furthermore, the installations of peening are difficult to implement and expensive in maintenance. Our technology requires little maintenance and is set up easily. This is another important source of economy.

Our technology is also a great alternative for weld preparation before painting. The calcium carbonate makes it possible to strip welds, remove scale and thereby avoid corrosion.

The antioxidant power of the calcium carbonate excludes all kinds of rust after the treatment.
