The low consumption is made possible thanks to our unique dosing unit allowing accurate and precise dosing. It is no longer necessary to increase the media consumption to reach high efficiency and output. It is important to be aware that for a certain air pressure there is a maximum media consumption to be used before the excess of particles will affect the efficiency.

Our dosing unit is little sensitive to the size, density, specific weight, shape and humidity of media. It can therefore take most aggregates available on the market, from the most tender (chalk) to the hardest one (diamond).

Our striping technology will provide you with the best versatility you may need to cover all of your stripping and blasting applications. Our remote control enables the operator to have permanent access to all settings and to adapt them according to the application without having to go back to the machine. This saves the operator energy and increases the output during working hours.

The dosing unit is unique in the way it mixes an aggregate (powder) within an air flow in a constant, repetitive and regular way. These are essential parameters to realize a precise job.

Repetitiveness is an essential parameter in all industrial process. It ensures a constant quality level and cost control. Our technology is a serious alternative to shot peening in terms of costs and the quality of the surface (prep. before paint).
