Pour l’usine PSA (Peugeot Citroën) à Caen, SICT-Blasting, a conçu, fabriqué et mise en service une ligne de production automatique utilisant la technologie brevetée LOKI et le carbonate de calcium pour le décapage des cannelures des arbres de transmissions avant assemblage de la noix et du tri axe.

A ce jour plus de 5 millions de pièces ont été traitées sur la ligne prouvant l’efficacité de notre technologie dans un milieu industriel exigeant.

For Eurofeu SAS, the French specialist of fire extinguishers, SICT-Blasting has developed a production line using the LOKI technology for surface preparation before painting.

Stripping of the outer surface of fire extinguishers includes welds, pressed and tube.

The use of calcium carbonate with our LOKI technology, provides a degreasing and anti corrosion effect, optimal roughness and a better grip. This results in a 30% paint saving.

The production line operates 16 hours a day, 6 days out of 7 with a yield of 2,500 pieces processed per day.

Following the success of the first production line, Eurofeu SAS mandated us for the design and construction of a second line.

It’s this time a complete mechanical/automated processed line with painting of the interior surface of fire extinguishers, including dust management and media storage.

We have specially developed a nozzle movement system with nozzles adapted to various parts to be treated.

Our patented dosing unit LOKI provides unequaled precision in terms of both the amount of calcium carbonate used and the location of the treatment area.

For the city of Lausanne in Switzerland we have designed and implemented a cleaning system for stone edges.

This installation is composed of a bracket system to the ceiling ensuring the lance a workability of 360 °,

a LOKI machine and an automatic media filling system ensuring autonomy of one month.

Our LOKI technology with the use of calcium carbonate offers even more convenience and above all safety for the user. The ease of use and primarily a drastic drop in media consumption has allowed a 50% gain in productivity.

For the city of Nyon, Switzerland, SICT-Blasting designed and implemented a complete cleaning system adapted and inserted into their service vehicle.

The onboard system allows easily and quickly reaction all over the city territory.

Thanks to the technology LOKI, the authorities launched an effective and successful campaign of systematic cleaning of tags on public buildings.

This installation is made up of high pressure cold water cleaner and our stripping machine LOKI 800.

The equipment is disposed on a stainless steel frame and can therefore easily be removed from the vehicle for easy maintenance.
