Our technology is particularly interesting for the usage on aluminum molds, a soft material very sensitive to any intervention. The LOKI800 has the possibility of detailed settings and therefore enables efficient cleaning of the aluminum without any alteration of the dimensions or the surface of the mold.

Our technology additionally allows reaching all the complex contours and cavities with the use of calcium carbonate. This cannot be offered by traditional techniques. Calcium carbonate is also effective on plastic molds, cast iron or steel and is the best solution to replace sanding techniques.

Because the use of calcium carbonate is safe for persons, for electric cables and other industrial equipment, mold cleaning on site without dismantling is possible. This obviously saves time and is therefore a source of significant savings.
